Running a cable under the floorboards?

uming that I am complying with regs, is there a clever way to run a cable under the floor boards, the distance I need to go between A and B is less than 2 feet(70cms).I can drill the board and sent the cable in!uming that I don't have those endoscopic SWAT cameras is there any tool/technique I can rely on to get me through this 2 feed distance?thanks
