Looking to rebild the top end on my 99 mustang v6?

i have a 99 mustang with a 3.8L v6 and i was looking to put a nice top end on it i have a kit with nice ported heads and 1.7 full roller rocker arms and Xtreme Energy™ Hydraulic Roller Tappet Camshaft bigger than stock cam and a nice long tube headers and h pipe with the high flow gt dual exhaust and a crank pulley and a cold air intake and a 70.mmm Throttle Bodie here is the thing none of this is on the car yet my car has 60,000 miles should i be ok Putin it all on now or should i wait and do a rebuild along with the motor? i got all this from a friend of mine he was going to put it all on his mustang but he wrecked it before he could get it on so i buy it from him a few weeks ago my mustang is a 99 with a v6 3.8L 232 with a auto 60,000 miles i know alot about the ford 302 motors i have built some nice 347 strokers a few times for some friends but i just don't know if it would be worth Putin it on now or if i should go head and pull the motor out this winter and rebuild it from the block up and put all new bearings in and everything also i was thinking Little about the 4.3 strokers anyone know where u can get them??? from what i was told they take the crank and rods and pistons from the 4.2L and put them in the 3.8 makes a nice stroker motor
