Should i bid on a bay on this laptop?

I'm thinking of bidding for a macbook pro 13 in 2.53 gz 4gb of memry and 250 hard drive, for 1255, the only thing is that it has a small scratch on top which is about 2 millimeters long. do you guys think it's worth it?
