Yo another Fallout 3 question right here :D?

im doing this quest calles wasteland survival guide for moria or whatever her name is and i found super duper mart and found the food but i didnt find medicine. And now i gotta get infected with 600 radiation. where can i find 600 radiation and is there a good way to make money as a low leveled player? im lev 3 :D this game is a blast too
