Lobster- does anyone have this recipe?

We ate at the restaurant "Dish" in Aspen recently and they had the most fabulous appetizer ever!!! "Lobster Corn Dogs" served with some type of mustard sauce- I'd be FOREVER grateful if anyone could procure this recipe! thanks!
