Kundera, Nietzsche, and Amor Fati?

As a senior in high school i am doing for my senior project Nietzsche theory of eternal recurrence and Amor Fati and relating it to the unbearable lightness of being. Honestly i don't know why i chose such a topic and my teacher is basically going back to the same question that i have to answer: Why should i care, how does it effect someone like a women who is married and has two children and a mortgage. So the question that i am asking is how doe the existential version of Nietzsche eternal recurrence, Amor Fati and Kundera's novel affect us as people. Any help is appreciated.
