War between Russia and The Untied States?

After playing the story mode of Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 it got me thinking of who would win in a war between the U.S and Russia. I think america, We have the best spec ops (Seals and green berets.) highest military techno (predators, Ac130, Abrams tank) the best soldier training programs. keep in mind that there will be no nukes involved.
