I'm planning to travel to south korea on October, any recommended Autumn destinations in or near Seoul?

I want to see a temple, a great autumn nature scenery with a pathway full of tall tress in it's autumn splendor, eat cheap but recommended korean food and enjoy my visit to south korea...however...I only have 4 nights and 5 days...
